Amazing experience with Doran-Amato Denver. Quality product and great customer service... Big shout out to our rep, Terri Popish. She is so knowledgeable, responsive and knows this business. Terri always sends us pictures of new product and/or awesome unusual flowers we may want to buy. She does a great job with subbing when they don't have something we need. Terri's communication skills are excellent and if I had to sum up in one word why Doran-Amato Denver has our business, that would be it... communication! Also, we love the delivery team... Charles, Omar, Louie and all the rest. You guys rock and we always love it when you come to our shop because you are so friendly and customer-focused. Tim in hard goods, is also VERY responsive and friendly. He gets back to us right away with pricing or questions or hard goods. Thanks Tim! Ladies in the front office/billing area... so nice and helpful when we call. Keep up the great work Doran-Amato! P.S. I think many or maybe all of the negative reviews here are probably from people without a resale license hoping to buy flowers at wholesale, which of course is illegal for a wholesaler to do... so maybe disregard those reviews :-)

I can’t say enough good things about Bill Doran Amatos here in Denver. As a florist, having a reliable and supportive wholesaler is everything — and this team absolutely knocks it out of the park. Every single staff member is friendly, generous, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I feel like I’m in such good hands every time I walk through the door or place an order. My rep Hannah is an absolute saint — she consistently goes above and beyond, has a fantastic eye for color palettes, and always offers helpful suggestions that elevate my designs. But it’s not just Hannah — the entire team is phenomenal. Mark, Scott, Tim, Raina, Tedessa, Carrie (The list goes on) all bring such warmth and professionalism to every interaction. They truly take such great care of me, and I trust them completely. Whether you’re a seasoned floral designer or just getting started, I highly recommend Bill Doran Amato’s. They’re simply the best.

I don’t like this place nor the website. it was a waste of my time. They were rude when I asked questions. They should have on the website that they don’t sell to public, or a sign at the door so we don’t have to deal with their attitude
